Dynamic Yoga is a completely somatic and entirely dogma free approach to hatha yoga posture practice that is accessible and effective for anyone, no matter what their physical abilities or experience may be. It is a learning, practice and teaching methodology based on the inherent intelligence of the body that allows the subtle nature of body and mind to be accessed and integrated into everyday life.

The Dynamic Yoga training method has been developed over many years of deep enquiry by Yoga Master Godfrey Devereux. Its unique methodology accesses, supports and reinforces the deep impulse of the human body to act with integrity from its own intelligence rather than the fuel of preconceived ideas and intent that "guide" so many people through their yoga posture practice. It uses the Dynamics Of Integrity to express and reinforce the intelligence of the body using five key principles...Sensitivity to all actions and impacts (ahimsa), Honesty about what is actually happening (satya), Openness about what is actually happening (asteya), Being present to that which is actually happening (brahmacharya) and Generosity towards what is actually happening (aparigraha). As the body uses its own intelligence, via its responses and feedback, eventually new and permanent neuromuscular pathways and cognitive engrams are developed. This psychosomatic training gradually releases the body and mind from a lifetime of insensitivity, allowing the body to freely and honestly express itself.
