The journey so far........
Charlotte began her yoga journey whilst working as a personal trainer, when after a car accident was advised to do a more gentle form of "exercise". Feeling nourished and internally stronger Charlotte wanted to share this feeling. As a stepping stone she began teaching a simple, choreographed program known as Body Balance (a combination of Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates) allowing Charlotte to introduce yoga, with a fitness approach, to her private clients. Becoming more and more fulfilled from her own practice she decided to make yoga a life choice rather than just physical exercise, so travelled to India to get a greater understanding of "Yoga". It was here that Charlotte discovered the sensitivity and integrity of the Dynamic Yoga Training Method. Upon her return Charlotte enrolled onto Dynamic Yoga Training Method teacher training course and spent a summer studying and practicing in France with Yogimaster Godfrey Devereux. She continues to attend his workshops and Vinyasa training days in London and modules in France. Her style now is very much influenced by his teachings, dynamic and flowing with a strong body mind connection.
Charlotte invites you to become responsive to the teacher within. Encouraging you to let the intelligence of the body to speak to you and guide you through your practice, rather than intent or any preconceived ideas. By doing so Charlotte believes that not only will the deeper delights of yoga posture practice be experienced, but the fruits of such depth will eventually be revealed spontaneously in everyday life.
Charlotte hopes for her students to leave her classes feeling deeply nourished and internally quietened and satisfied with things just the way they are.

"If my mind is still enough, I can see the deeper meaning behind each situation. No matter how bad a problem may seem on the surface, if I remain positive eventually I will see how everything has worked out for the best. The only way it ever could of."
Charlotte is a member of the Yoga Register (YRT) at 500 hours. For details on registered Yoga teachers visit the Independent Yoga Teachers Register www.yogaregister.org
